The role 

• Application processing and tenant placement

• Conducting open homes and inspections

• Managing leasing enquiries via email and phone

• Prepare properties for online advertising

• Preparing leases and conduct lease meetings

• Conduct ingoing condition reports
   

Ideal candidate

• Certificate of Registration, motor vehicle & valid driver's license

• Previous experience in Real Estate not essential

• Positive can do attitude

• Well presented with great communication skills both oral and written

• Understanding of great customer service

• Lives locally in the Eastern Suburbs
