Tasks &amp; responsibilities include:

<li>Arranging open home and private inspections</li>
<li>Responding to inquiries</li>
<li>Ingoing condition reports</li>
<li>Routine Inspections</li>
<li>Support to the Property Manager</li>
<li>General office duties</li>
</ul>
To be successful, you will:
<ul>
<li>Ideally have experience in Real Estate in a leasing role</li>
<li>Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence</li>
<li>Must have a current Driver's license and registered vehicle</li>
<li>Have excellent communication skills, be approachable and energetic</li>
