Marketing and Communications Specialist

Our client is an Eastern Suburbs Aged Care organisation on a growth journey with a tight knit, dynamic, support and collaborative team.
  
This role will suit a Marketing & Communications Specialist who has a love for long form writing and storytelling across both digital and social media platforms.

In this role, you will produce high quality content across a range of channels including a magazine and annual report. You will also use your hands on CRM and email marketing experience and be comfortable building, scheduling and analysing EDM campaigns, managing audience lists and segmentation and using marketing automation platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project manage and write various communications including print publications, newsletters, digital channels, blogs, and social media
• Create and manage distribution of EDMs
• Manage a content calendar across sub-brands and channels
• Manage digital platforms and website using WordPress
• Analysis of data insights and initiating digital recommendations

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3 year experience within marketing, communications or media
• Ability to resonate with Jewish values, culture and community 
• Experience in copywriting across print, digital, and social
• Excellent written and verbal communication and proofreading skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and EDM and CRM marketing platforms
• Prior experience with Salesforce/Pardot or similar such as Mailchimp highly regarded
