About the Role

Working within a cold storage & logistics facility, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks and containers

• Manual handling of goods in a cold storage environment

• Palletising, wrapping, and staging products

• General warehouse housekeeping duties

• Following all site safety procedures and protocols

• Assisting team members to meet daily operational targets

Working Environment

• Cold storage conditions – must be comfortable working in chilled/freezer environments

• Fast-paced logistics setting

• Full PPE required at all times

Roster Requirements

• Must be available to work: Monday to Thursday + Sunday

• Shift work roster (start/finish times may vary)

• Flexibility is essential

Requirements

• Physically fit with the ability to complete manual labour tasks

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Safety-focused mindset at all times

• Ability to work in cold conditions for extended periods

• Must be flexible with shifts and roster changes

• Willing to undergo pre-employment checks, including:

  • Drug & Alcohol (D&A) testing

• Must arrive in full PPE (or be prepared to comply with site requirements)
