💡 About the Role

As a Civil Labourer, you'll support our teams in delivering a variety of projects including:

• New Industrial developments and subdivisions

• Stormwater installation and upgrade works

• General civil works and site preparation

Your day-to-day tasks may include trenching, spotting machinery, manual handling, pit and pipe support, laying, assisting trades, and site clean-up.

✅ Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in civil construction/labouring

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks

• White Card (Construction Industry)

• Current NSW Driver's Licence and own reliable transport

⭐ Desirable Skills & Licences

• Experience working around mobile plant

• MR/HR Truck Licence

• Roller / Dump Truck Operator tickets (advantage)

• Strong safety awareness and communication skills
