The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Property Lawyer to join the dynamic team of one of our long established clients in the Sydney CBD.

This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with a leading Property Partner. This role offers a direct pathway to escape rigid micro-management and step into a high-performing, collaborative culture. You will manage diverse property files from inception to completion, enjoying high autonomy and genuine client-facing exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on complex commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and disposals across multiple Australian jurisdictions.
• Draft and negotiate retail and commercial leasing arrangements, master development agreements.
• Act for sophisticated developers, landlords, tenants, high-volume buyers' agencies, and specialised sectors (including pharmacy and healthcare assets).
• Manage multi-million dollar property development projects from structured initial land acquisitions through to off-the-plan project delivery.

About You

• Experience: 3 to 6 years Post-Admission Experience (PAE) specialising in property or real estate law within a reputable firm.
• Technical Skills: Strong foundation & capability in commercial & residential conveyancing, leasing, acquisitions.
• Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with corporate and high-net-worth clients.
