The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to manage a commercial and industrial portfolio of approximately 30 properties. This role is ideal for a capable strata professional looking for flexible hours
 
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a this commercial and industrial strata portfolio, ensuring compliance, effective stakeholder communication, and assisting the Director to get it 'Sale-ready'
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~30 commercial & industrial strata properties
• Prepare and conduct AGM and committee meetings
• Liaise with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
• Manage budgets, levies, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with relevant strata legislation
• Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner

About You

• Proven experience as a Strata Manager (commercial/industrial experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A current Strata Certificate / Licence
