About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and detail-driven E-Commerce & Product Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role sits at the heart of our online experience - ensuring our Shopify website reflects the quality, creativity, and craftsmanship behind the brands we represent.
You’ll be responsible for managing product information, website updates, digital merchandising, supplier assets, and supporting new collection launches across our online store.
This role is perfect for someone who loves interiors and design, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in creating a beautiful and seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product & Website Management

• Upload and maintain products across Shopify and inventory systems.

• Manage product descriptions, specifications, pricing, variants, images, downloads, and collections.

• Ensure product pages are accurate, consistent, and aligned with Nook Collections’ premium brand experience.

• Optimise product titles, tags, metadata, and imagery for SEO and online discovery.

• Support collection merchandising and improve website navigation.
  

Digital Content & Quality Control

• Maintain the look and feel of the website through regular reviews and updates.

• Resize, organise, and manage product imagery and digital assets.

• Support landing pages, campaigns, promotions, and new collection launches.

• Identify website improvements to enhance the customer journey.
  

Supplier & Brand Coordination

• Work with our international and Australian brand partners to source product information, imagery, catalogues, and specifications.

• Maintain organised product libraries and supplier documentation.

• Coordinate updates for new releases, discontinued products, and pricing changes.

About You

• Enjoys organising information and creating structure.

• Can confidently manage multiple products, deadlines, and priorities.

• Loves interiors, architecture, design, or premium brands.

• Is proactive and enjoys improving processes.

• Has a balance of creative thinking and strong data accuracy.

Experience We’re Looking For
Essential:

• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

• Strong Excel / data management skills.

• Experience managing product information, catalogues, or digital content.

• Understanding of SEO basics and website merchandising.

• Strong organisation and communication skills.

• Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with inventory systems such as Unleashed.

• Google Shopping or e-commerce SEO knowledge.

• Experience in interiors, furniture, lighting, or luxury retail.
