About the role Training & Membership Support sounds like a junior role, its not, we really need a sexier title.In this role you would be the connector between agency & individual, to our membership eco system, support, training and other services in real time - when they need it the most. You will also work closely with our training, business development, operations and partner teams to identify opportunities, develop resources, coordinate activity and help strengthen the overall Real+ client experience. Key responsibilitiesIn practical terms, day to day in this role, you will support and manage: Client activity across Real+ clients, members and program participantsPractical client guidance through the 1300 Helpline - literally taking calls to helpMember onboarding + ongoing engagement, communication and retentionInfluence sales and marketing initiatives with client insight and follow-upWebinar, Workshops, Programs, management & learner engagementClient feedback, identifying recurring themes and market insightsEnhancing client experience and client journey What we’re looking for someone who is; Experienced in property management, real estate or agency operationsConfident providing practical guidance to clientsRelationship-focused and comfortable speaking with business owners, property managers and agency teamsHighly organised and able to manage multiple conversations, tasks and prioritiesProactive, practical and willing to take ownershipCommercially aware, with an understanding of client retention and engagementComfortable working across systems, platforms and customer databasesCurious enough to investigate before guessingConfident enough to ask for help before something goes sidewaysSomeone who brings solutions, not just problemsComfortable moving between detail, people and commercial prioritiesInterested in contributing to a business that is growing, evolving and visible in the industry A strong understanding of property management workflows, agency operations and relevant industry legislation will be required.
