About Us

My Personal Carer is a boutique, family-run care provider supporting clients across Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore. We pride ourselves on genuine relationships, continuity of care, and helping clients live independently.

About the Role

You'll work directly with clients in their home and community, providing high-quality personal and domestic support. Every day will look a little different - from assisting with daily routines to accompanying clients to appointments or social outings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

• Mobility support and safe transfers

• Meal preparation and light household assistance

• Companionship and emotional support

• Driving clients to appointments or activities

• Monitoring and reporting changes in wellbeing

• Maintaining client dignity, privacy, and independence

About You

You are calm, capable, and can think on your feet with empathy and professionalism.

You have some hands-on experience in personal, aged, or disability care, maybe with nursing or clinical exposure.

Candidates must have valid work rights.

You will need:

• Some experience in personal care, community, or disability support

• Background in nursing or Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or similar

• Current Driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Mobile phone, Police Check, and First Aid certificate

• Mandatory vaccinations (COVID-19 and influenza)

• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
