Job description We're looking for experienced Plant Operators and Civil Labourers for ongoing work across Sydney on a range of civil infrastructure and construction projects.

Our clients include tier one contractors, civil subcontractors, and infrastructure companies delivering road, rail, utilities, subdivisions, and earthworks projects. With multiple contract and permanent opportunities available, we're keen to hear from candidates with a strong civil construction background.

The Work:

• Bulk and detailed earthworks
• Trenching and service installation
• Stormwater, sewer, water and utilities projects
• Road construction, subdivisions and civil infrastructure works
• Operating a range of civil plant and machinery
• General civil labouring, spotting and assisting site crews
• Working safely within fast-paced construction environments

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in civil construction
• Experience operating plant including excavators, loaders, rollers, skid steers, posi tracks or similar machinery
• Experience working around live services, trenching and earthworks
• Ability to read and work from site plans and follow directions
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively within a team

Additional Requirements:

• White Card (essential)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screening
• Driver's licence and reliable transport
• Tickets such as Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer/Bobcat, Loader, HR Licence, Dogman, Confined Space, Working at Heights, First Aid or Traffic Control (advantageous)
