Nationwide Projects is a growing construction firm with active sites across New South Wales. We're looking for a driven Construction Cadet to join our team — someone ready to roll up their sleeves on-site at Riverstone while developing their administrative and coordination skills from our Lakemba head office a few days a week. This is a real foot-in-the-door opportunity to build a career in construction from the ground up, supported by experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist site supervisors with on-site operations

• Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics

• Support project documentation and reporting

• Liaise between site teams and head office

• Learn the full project lifecycle end-to-end

• Use digital tools to track progress and manage records

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A genuine passion for the construction industry

• Willingness to learn every aspect of the trade

• Comfortable using computers, Excel and project tools

• Strong communication and time management

• Reliability — you show up, on time, ready to work

• Current driver's licence
