You're a great communicator who enjoys helping people and solving problems. You're organised, adaptable and like the satisfaction of keeping things running smoothly. Whether it's coordinating schedules, managing tasks, or helping customers get what they need, you take pride in doing it well.

You might come from a customer service, admin, scheduling or coordination background. You may even have worked in trades, construction or facilities before. Wherever you've come from, you're comfortable talking with people, using software, and keeping multiple jobs moving at once.

This is a Service Coordinator role with Emora, a company that delivers commercial construction and trade services. You'll play a key role in keeping work flowing, coordinating scheduled maintenance, reactive service jobs and minor works, while building strong relationships with our clients.

You’ll own relationships with a portfolio of clients, making sure their work is delivered smoothly and to a high standard. This role is about more than just coordination, you’ll be trusted to manage those relationships, identify opportunities for additional work, and help grow the amount of work we deliver for those clients. Clear revenue targets and KPIs will give you ownership and visibility over your success.

You'll be working closely with a supportive team across a wide range of projects and clients. No two days are the same, and your organisation and communication will make a real difference to how smoothly jobs run.

The business is growing, and there’s genuine room to develop your role as Emora continues to scale.

The role is Monday–Friday and based in Caringbah.

If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, even if you don't tick every box, we'd love to hear from you.
