Regular travel is an important part of the role, providing the opportunity to stay connected with teams, customers and operations while bringing people together behind a common vision.

Reporting to a well-respected and established leader, you will be entrusted with the overall performance of the business. But this role is about more than numbers. It is about creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered and inspired to do their best work.

You will lead across commercial performance, operations and team development, bringing together strategy and execution to deliver sustainable growth and long-term success.

What you'll be responsible for

• Providing leadership and direction across the business and its operations throughout Australia.
• Building a culture based on trust, accountability and collaboration.
• Driving growth and strengthening customer relationships.
• Developing people and creating depth within the leadership team.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Working with international stakeholders while maintaining local ownership and agility.
• Helping shape and execute the next chapter of the business.

About You
You are an experienced business leader who enjoys bringing people together around a common goal.
You understand that high-performing businesses are built on strong relationships, clear expectations and a culture where hearts and minds matter.
You are commercially astute with an MBA or equivalent, operationally capable and comfortable making decisions. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and practical execution, and you know how to develop people while delivering results.

Most importantly, you lead with authenticity. You value integrity, communication and accountability, and you enjoy creating environments where people can grow and succeed.
