Salary: $190,000 per annum plus Superannuation

• Determining objectives, strategies, policies and programs for the organisation.
• Providing overall direction and management of the organisation's operations and commercial activities.
• Authorising material, human and financial resources to implement organisational policies and programs.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the organisation against strategic objectives and business plans.
• Consulting with senior staff and reviewing recommendations, reports and operational outcomes.
• Preparing, or arranging for the preparation of, business reports, budgets, forecasts and strategic plans for business decision-making.
• Representing the organisation at official occasions, business negotiations, industry events, seminars and commercial forums.
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors, stakeholders and key business partners.
• Selecting, appointing and overseeing senior staff and management personnel.
• Directing business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth and market expansion.
• Ensuring compliance with company law, employment legislation, taxation obligations and all other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing financial performance, profitability, risk management and corporate governance matters.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business, Commerce, Management, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year plus senior management or executive-level experience.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, business operations and organisational leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, suppliers and business growth initiatives.
