Just Careers Training Pty Ltd t/a Licences 4 Work is a Registered Training Organisation that operates nationally.  Just Careers offer Nationally Recognised Training in Forklift Licensing, Construction White Card, First Aid Certificates, Traffic Control Tickets, Scaffolding, EWP, Food Safety Supervisor Certificates, Pharmacy courses and many more.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based at our Head Office in Bankstown.

We are looking to hire two full-time employees for an immediate start. Successful candidates must be available to work on a rotational roster, with shifts ranging between 8:00am and 8:00pm as required.

What is the role: 

As one of our valued Customer Service Consultant, you will be the subject matter expert to help guide and support our customer’s get the best suitable courses that will help them with their career development. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Fulfilling inbound queries via calls/webchat and/or emails from our customer’s relating to course information

• Maintaining standards of information including managing customer data integrity

• Striving for first call resolution by not only educating the customer but to confirm bookings and upsell other relatable courses.

• Working towards the achievement of your own individual goals and target and contributing to the overall team

• You must be available to work across 08:00am-8:00pm, working on a rotating roster.
