About the Organisation:
We are partnering with a large Australian business that has a strong market presence throughout Australasia and is continuing to grow and thrive in this market.  The business is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their high-calibre team and provide HR Generalist support to a mixed blue and white-collar workforce.

About the Role:
Reporting to an experienced and highly collaborative HR Director, you will provide day-to-day operational HR advice to the business leaders and build positive, supportive relationships with front-line managers. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing employee relations cases, coaching on performance management, and working on HR projects that contribute to the overall HR strategy. You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

• Provide comprehensive, professional HR advice across the entire employee lifecycle
• Undertake & manage workplace investigations (ER) 
• Develop, review, and maintain people policies, procedures, and practices to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Australia
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to implement initiatives, policy frameworks and processes across the business

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience working within a mixed blue/white-collar workforce is essential
• ER case management experience
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field is essential
• Comfortable working in an autonomous environment and on-site.
