We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Bankstown Airport.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of finished goods, maintaining supply chain accuracy and traceability, and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes. Snapshot of the role:

• Coordinating the timely delivery and shipment of finished goods to meet customer deadlines

• Managing shipping documentation, invoicing, and customer approval processes

• Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively resolving issues impacting on-time delivery

• Using customer portals and internal systems to support shipping and order fulfilment

• Supporting production planning through creation of work orders, stock transactions, and reporting

• Investigating and resolving system transmission errors between business systems

• Maintaining accurate records and full traceability across the supply chain

• Supporting purchasing and procurement activities as required

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

• Knowledge of integrated manufacturing systems and production workflows

• Working knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 including customer and supplier requirements and required accreditations (highly regarded)
