A fantastic opportunity now exists for a talented Head of Financial Control to join the team and take ownership of financial reporting and tax obligations for their Australian business. Reporting to the Australian CFO, you will lead a team of 4 and have a broad variety of responsibilities including:

• Monthly management reporting and manage day to day financial activities

• Preparation and review of statutory accounts

• Tax compliance - income tax, FBT, R&D applications

• Manage transfer pricing submissions

• Take ownership of annual audit and liaising with auditors

• Cash flow management and liquidity planning

• Adapt and implement financial and administrative strategy policies for the Australian business

• Provide analytical advice to stakeholders and internal business partners

• Ad hoc projects and process improvements

To be considered for this exciting and broad leadership role, you will be CA/CPA qualified, have 10+ years experience in a finance leadership role and have a strong technical accounting knowledge including income tax and FBT. You will also be an excellent communicator, a strong leader of people and have the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels of the business.
