Build the Practice You Always Wanted to Run.

There comes a point in every advisory career when the question changes.

It's no longer:

"Can I make Partner?"

It's:

"Do I want to spend the next ten years building somebody else's business?"

We're working with a highly successful advisory firm with an established platform, exceptional clients and a clear growth strategy.

As part of the next phase of expansion, we're seeking a Business Advisory Director or Partner to help lead and grow the practice.

This is a genuine opportunity to influence strategy, shape service offerings, build a team and create long-term value within a business that already has significant scale and momentum.

You'll inherit quality clients, collaborate with experienced leaders and have the freedom to build something meaningful.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Business Advisory leadership experience

  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills

  • Commercial acumen and growth mindset

  • Ability to mentor and develop teams

  • Existing network and business development capability

  • Entrepreneurial approach to advisory services

The Opportunity

  • Established platform with significant existing revenue

  • High-quality client base

  • Genuine influence over growth strategy

  • Opportunity to build and lead a team

  • Modern, technology and AI-enabled environment

  • Attractive remuneration and long-term upside

If you've ever wondered what you could achieve with the right platform behind you, we'd welcome a confidential discussion.
